The COLUMBIA TRANSFER is an automatic heat press equipped with two independent transfer heads that can produce up to 30% more production when compared to standard pneumatic heat presses.

• Individual Temperature Control for each Transfer Head;
• Individual Timer Control for each Transfer Head;
• Individual Pressure Control for each Transfer Head;
• PLC digital control;
• Three operating options:  Manual , Semi Automatic or Fully Automatic;
• Emergency Stop on each Transfer Head;
• Two heated platen size 50 x 40 cm coated with Teflon;
• Plate base with Silicone Rubber (10 mm tick);
• Option to change the plate for different sizes;
• Photocell for operator security;
• Option to move Plates in reverse and half index.
